We charge a standard fee for dispatch of each order to addresses in UK depending on the cost of the order as follows; Uptions available are 1 st Class Royal Mail or Special Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 5 working days from receipt. If goods are out of stock you will be notified accordingly and given an anticipated date of arrival

If goods are required for a specific date, please tell us and we will do everything in our power to complete your order on time – if this is not possible because of stock problems, you will be notified.

SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED SERVICE – REQUIRES A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY – THIS SERVICE IS TRACKABLE

Delivery time – within 24 hours of dispatch

We will dispatch your order by Special Delivery (guaranteed Royal Mail service) orCourier depending on the size of the package if requested. We recommend this service if you need your goods urgently, or if your order is of value, as this is an insured service. Royal Mail will not compensate lost 1 st class post. This service applies to UK addresses only.

The charge for this is a standard fee determined by the value of the order as follows:

We will dispatch orders to addresses outside UK . Shipping rates will be emailed to you for your approval once the order is received before dispatch.

We will allow a discounted price for orders of 12 or more of one item. Discount rates vary according to the value and size of the order – please email or telephone for quotes.

We will refund in full or replace items that are received faulty or damaged in transit

PROVIDING you notify us on the day of receipt. Goods must be received back in our warehouse for evaluation within 7 days of the notification of such a claim, or else the claim will be rendered invalid.

Any damage in transit must be noted to the courier on delivery if goods are to be signed for.

With the exception of WIGS and MASKS which are non-returnable unless damaged, if, for any other reason, you wish to return goods received , we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and your reasons for doing so. In this instance goods returned must be in pristine condition, and where applicable in unopened packaging.

Goods must be received back in our warehouse within 7 days of such notification .

Goods received after this time will not be eligible for refunds.

Postal charges are not refundable in this instance .

Whilst every effort is made to portray an exact image, you must be made aware that on very rare occasions items may vary slightly in colour to that of the image shown.

Our preferred method of payment for all internet orders is Paypal. Please be aware that you are entering into a legally binding contract when placing an order.

We will endeavour to source any goods not shown on our website as requested – however we cannot guarantee this service, but please do not hesitate to ask for anything you cannot find and we will do our utmost to fulfil your request.
